Qi-Mag Rainbow Meditation

We would like to introduce you to our meditation here. Dr. Jes Lim developed this technique for his students and he recommends that we go through these thoughts in peace every day, enveloping ourselves in the respective light and radiating it. Serious Qi-Mag consultants and Tao Life coaches try to fill their work and life with these positive thoughts, as this corresponds to the philosophy of the Qi-Mag Institute .

Let human beings and other living beings live in peace with one another, just as you would like to live. Respect the viewpoints, actions, and beliefs of others. Make fewer judgments, take heart, and consider people who are not doing so well. Support those who have fewer options so that they can help themselves to be free and independent. The colour of this radiant light: a shining purple.

Forgiveness

Forgive and forget about past problems, disagreements, unkind acts of others, hatred, harassment, accusations, and discrimination. These are problems from the past that will give you more experience and wisdom to deal with future problems. Only then can you let go of your negative feelings such as anger, aggression, withdrawal, guilt, and fear. When you cannot forgive past problems, it poisons your emotions, your thinking, and your soul. This attitude is the greatest obstacle for man, preventing him from advancing, growing, enjoying success and abundance in life. Anger causes disharmony and destroys motivation, creativity and abundance. Forget about inconveniences that are a thing of the past, let go of them and live now for a progressive good future for yourself, your family and your team. The colour of this shining light: A brilliant purple.

Gratitude

It is important to develop a positive and grateful attitude and to remember your mentors - those who have supported us and helped us to be where we are now. Thank you for the help and support from these people who have made your life good and successful. Most of all, you should remember the efforts of your parents who laboriously provided for you in the conditions of modern society. Show respect, value, and honour those who support, teach, and provide valuable advice to you. The colour of this radiant light: a brilliant pink-blue.

Cure

Make a special effort to maintain a warm relationship with your partner, family members and work colleagues. All people are friends. They live together in harmony and peace - they all support each other's existence on different levels. You live in a global village. Hence, you should network and be a good member of the team in order to expand your space and create opportunities to serve those around you. Joy and Fun
